How To Apply

All rental applications for both Qualicum Park Village and The Residences at Qualicum Station must go through the BC Housing Registry.

Alternatively, application forms for Qualicum Park Village may also be picked up at the SOS office Monday to Friday from 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-4:30 pm at the Commons located at 744 Primrose St, Qualicum Beach. Due to limited staff please call ahead to confirm times 250-752-2040. Applications for The Residences at Qualicum Station are not available at the office at this time.
